This Privacy Policy applies to the Document Manager Android app and related services operated by Store Nexora. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that you access through the App.

Information Stored on Your Device
Document Manager is primarily an on-device document and file management app. The App may access and process:
- PDF files
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
- Text files
- ZIP and RAR archives
- Images
- Audio and video files
- File names, paths, sizes, dates, and file types
- App preferences
- Recent files, Favorites, and Trash metadata
Storage Permission
On Android 11 and later, the App may request All Files Access to find and manage your documents across device storage. You may deny or revoke this permission at any time through Android Settings.
Purchase Information
If you purchase the optional Remove Ads feature, payment is securely processed by Google Play Billing. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock premium features and never receive your payment card information.
Advertising Information
If you use the free version, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may collect information including:
- Advertising ID, where permitted
- IP address
- Device type
- Android version
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Ad impressions and clicks
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to obtain your consent before personalized advertising.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not collect your name or government-issued identification.
- We do not sell your personal information.

Document Manager is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum legal age in the user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
