Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application HiddenApps Scanner (the “App”) provided by Store nexora (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
HiddenApps Scanner is an informational device-audit tool that helps you review apps installed on your device, including packages that may not appear in your launcher, system and user apps, usage-related insights (when permitted), permissions, risk labels, watchlists, scan history, and optional report export.
The App does not claim to detect malware, viruses, or spyware with certainty, and it cannot guarantee discovery of every work-profile, cloned, or OEM-hidden package on every device.
3. License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store policies (including Google Play).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
- Remove proprietary notices or misuse trademarks
- Use the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the App’s operation or related services (including advertising SDKs)
4. Informational use only
Results shown in the App (including “hidden” classifications, risk badges, and permission labels) are based on information available on your device and our local heuristics. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute security advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that an app is safe or unsafe.
5. Permissions and device access
Certain features require Android permissions (for example package visibility, optional Usage Access, notifications, and internet for ads). You control optional permissions in system settings. Denying optional permissions may limit some features but should not prevent basic local scanning where other required permissions are granted.
6. Advertising
The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob and related partners. Ads may appear on app open, on certain dashboard actions, and as native placements within the App. Ad behavior is subject to Google’s policies and your consent choices where applicable.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains on-device processing and advertising practices.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Store nexora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store nexora and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if the App was free).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Store nexora from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
13. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
