Privacy Policy
PDF Reader: Edit & Convert for Android — how we handle information, ads, and on-device files.
This Privacy Policy explains how Store Nexora (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the PDF Reader: Edit & Convert Android application (the “App”). The App is designed so that your documents are processed on your device. We do not operate a user account for the App, we do not upload your PDFs to Store Nexora servers, and we do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people who install or use PDF Reader: Edit & Convert from Google Play or another authorized distribution. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children and is not enrolled in Google Play’s Designed for Families program.
2. Information we process
2.1 Information that stays on your device
The following is stored locally on your phone or tablet. Store Nexora does not receive it:
- PDF files you open, import, scan, or create with the App’s tools (including output stored in the App’s private folders)
- Library index data such as recents, favorites, folders derived from files you can access, last-read page, sort and view preferences
- Reader data such as bookmarks, text highlights, theme, keep-screen-on, and auto-scroll settings
- Optional remembered PDF passwords, stored in encrypted form on the device
- Onboarding completion, Tools tab visibility, recent searches, and advertising-consent flags used only to operate the App
Uninstalling the App removes this local data, except for files you copied or shared outside the App.
2.2 Information processed by Google
The App uses Google services. Those services may collect and process data under Google’s own policies:
- Google Play — app install, updates, and distribution metadata.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — advertising identifiers, approximate location where allowed, device and app information, and ad interaction data. Ads may include banners, interstitial ads, native ads, and app-open ads in workspace areas (home, tools, settings, and similar screens). Ads are not shown on PDF page content or reader controls.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — consent and privacy choices required in your region (for example EEA/UK). Your choices control whether ads may be personalized.
- Google Play services / ML Kit — document scanning (crop, straighten, multi-page capture) and on-device text recognition (OCR). Scan images are processed on the device. Play services may download scanner and OCR models. Scan pages are not sent to Store Nexora.

2.3 Information you send us
If you email storenexora102@gmail.com, we receive the address and content of that message so we can respond to support requests. We do not require you to attach documents. Please do not send passwords or confidential PDFs unless you choose to.
3. How the App accesses files
PDF Reader: Edit & Convert is a PDF reader and toolkit. To list PDFs already on your device, the App may request storage-related permissions:
- On Android 12 and earlier, the App may ask for permission to read storage so it can list PDFs from the system media index.
- On Android 11 and later (especially Android 13 and newer), listing PDFs created by other apps may require All files access (
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), which you can grant or refuse in system settings. This access is used only to find and open PDF documents for reading and tools—not to manage unrelated files as a general file manager. - You can still open individual PDFs with the system document picker (Storage Access Framework) or through share / view intents from other apps, even if you decline All files access.
- Tool output is written to the App’s own storage. Scan uses Google Play services’ on-device document scanner. The App does not declare a camera permission. Optional OCR runs on the device via ML Kit so scanned PDFs can contain a searchable text layer.
Files are processed on the device. Store Nexora does not operate a cloud conversion pipeline for the App.
4. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertisements. There is no Premium purchase, subscription, or paid unlock in the App.
Ads appear in workspace areas only. They are not placed on PDF page content or reader controls. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob and may include banner, interstitial, native, and app-open formats. Where required by law, we present a consent form (Google UMP) before personalized ads are requested.
5. Why we use this information
- To provide reading, library, scan, and on-device PDF tools
- To remember your preferences and reading position
- To support the free App with ads, subject to consent where required
- To respond if you contact us
We do not sell your PDFs. We do not use your document contents to train models. We do not build a Store Nexora advertising profile from the text of your files.
6. Sharing
We share data only as follows:
- Google — Play, AdMob, UMP, and ML Kit (document scanner / OCR) as described above
- You — when you choose Share, Open in another app, or Print; those destinations are apps you select and are not controlled by us
- Legal — if required by law or to protect Store Nexora, users, or the public
We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Google may process advertising and Play data on servers outside your country. Those transfers are governed by Google’s terms and applicable data-transfer mechanisms. Store Nexora does not operate a separate App backend that stores your files.
8. Retention
- On-device App data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any related legal obligations.
- Google retains Play and ads data according to Google’s policies.
9. Your choices
- Decline or later change storage / All files access; you can still browse individual PDFs with the system picker.
- Use “Manage ad consent” in Settings where Google UMP is required.
- Reset your advertising ID in Android system settings.
- Email us to ask questions about this policy.
Because we do not run an App account, there is no cloud copy of your library for us to export or delete. Control of local files is through the App and Android.
10. Security
Documents are processed locally. Optional remembered passwords use on-device encryption. No method of storage is perfectly secure. Protect your device with a lock screen and be careful when sharing files with other apps.
11. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information by email, contact us and we will delete that correspondence.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The effective / last-updated date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected in the hosted page linked from the App and Google Play.
