These Terms govern your use of Document Manager, an Android application published by Store Nexora.
1 Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Store Nexora ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Android application Document Manager.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2 The App
Document Manager is a document and file management application that helps you find, browse, open, organize, share, and archive files on your device, including PDFs, Office documents, text files, archives, and other supported file types.
Features may include:
- On-device document viewing
- File manager browsing
- Favorites
- Trash
- Recent files
- ZIP tools
- Optional advertising
- Optional paid "Remove Ads" purchase
3 Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country.
If you are below the age of digital consent in your region, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
4 License to Use the App
Store Nexora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal or internal business document management.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App except where permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer or extract the App's source code except where legally allowed.
- Remove proprietary notices or misuse Store Nexora trademarks.
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Interfere with security, billing, or advertising systems.
5 Your Content and Device Access
You retain ownership of all files stored on your device.
The App processes files locally to provide requested features.
Some features require storage permissions or All Files Access.
You are responsible for backing up your important files.
Store Nexora is not responsible for data loss caused by device failures, user actions, permission changes, operating system updates, or third-party applications.
6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Access files you are not authorized to use.
- Spread malware.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Circumvent purchases or security mechanisms.
7 In-App Purchases and Billing
Optional purchases such as Remove Ads are processed through Google Play Billing.
Prices are displayed before payment.
Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
If you reinstall the App, use Restore Purchases when necessary.
8 Advertising
The free version may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdMob.
Purchasing Remove Ads removes app-served advertisements according to the product description.
9 Third-Party Services
The App may use services such as:
- Google Play
- Google AdMob
- Consent management tools
- Third-party document rendering libraries
These services have their own terms and licenses.
10 Intellectual Property
The App, its branding, design, and software belong to Store Nexora or its licensors.
Your personal files remain your property.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every file format or device.
12 Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Store Nexora against claims, damages, and expenses arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
13 Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
Store Nexora may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, or policy reasons.
14 Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms.
Material changes will be reflected by an updated Last Updated date.
Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Store Nexora principally operates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
