FieldMark — AR Measurement
Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldMark (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the FieldMark mobile application (package: com.storenexora.fieldmark.ar.measurement).

1. Overview

FieldMark is designed to keep your field measurements on your device. We do not operate a FieldMark account system and we do not upload your saved measurement history to FieldMark servers.

2. Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use the App, FieldMark may store locally:

  • Saved measurements (type, value, optional geometry/path data, timestamps, notes)
  • App preferences (units, theme, map style, haptics, export format, and similar settings)
  • Onboarding completion state

This data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it using your device’s share sheet or another app you select.

3. Permissions

  • Location — used when you open Map or Location tools to show your position and support features such as true-north compass. We do not continuously track you in the background for marketing.
  • Camera — used only for AR measurement features.
  • Internet / network — used for map tiles, ads, and consent messaging. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap via MapLibre; tile requests may include standard network metadata such as IP address, as with any map client.
  • Advertising ID — may be used by advertising partners to deliver and measure ads (subject to your consent and device settings where applicable).

4. Advertising

FieldMark is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which may include mediated partners such as Meta Audience Network.

Ad partners may process information such as:

  • Device advertising identifiers
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP
  • Device and app technical data (OS version, device model, app version)
  • Ad interaction and performance data

In the EEA, UK, and similar regions, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google Ads / privacy options) or reset your advertising ID.

For more detail, see Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics and crash data

FieldMark does not currently include a separate first-party analytics product. Google Play and advertising SDKs may collect limited diagnostic or aggregate usage information as described in their own policies.

6. Children

FieldMark is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention and deletion

Local measurement and preference data remain on your device until you delete them in the App (for example, Clear history) or uninstall FieldMark. Uninstalling the App removes local App data from that device.

8. Your choices

  • Deny or revoke location/camera permissions in system settings
  • Clear saved history from Settings in the App
  • Manage ad personalization and advertising ID in device settings
  • Uninstall the App at any time

9. International users

Advertising and map providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, consent and other safeguards are handled through the relevant provider mechanisms (such as Google UMP).

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
