FieldMark — AR Measurement
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FieldMark
mobile application (package: com.storenexora.fieldmark.ar.measurement).
By downloading or using FieldMark, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
FieldMark provides tools for approximate measuring and field reference, including AR measurement, map-based distance and area tools, a digital ruler, GPS location display, compass, and on-device measurement history.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FieldMark on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business reference, subject to these Terms and Google Play policies.
3. Important accuracy disclaimer
FieldMark measurements are estimates for planning and reference only. Results depend on device sensors, camera quality, AR tracking conditions, GPS accuracy, map data, user placement of points, and environmental factors.
FieldMark is not a substitute for licensed surveying, engineering, architectural, legal boundary determination, or professional measurement services. Do not rely on FieldMark as the sole basis for construction decisions, property disputes, safety-critical work, or legal claims.
4. Permissions and third-party services
Some features require device permissions (camera, location) and network access.
- Map tiles may be provided by OpenFreeMap / OpenStreetMap via MapLibre.
- AR features use Google ARCore (where available on the device).
- Ads may be served by Google AdMob and mediated partners such as Meta Audience Network.
Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, or changes.
5. Advertising
The free version of FieldMark may display advertisements. Ads may include interstitial, banner, native, and app-open formats. You agree that ads may appear during normal use of the App.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App, attempt to disrupt services, or reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent FieldMark results as certified surveys or official measurements
- Interfere with advertising or consent systems in a fraudulent way
7. Intellectual property
FieldMark, including its name, branding, UI, and original content, is owned by the developer listed on the Google Play Store listing, except for third-party open-source components and map data, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) FieldMark — including reliance on measurement results.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless the developer from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Updates and changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue features (including third-party map or ad services) without liability.
12. Termination
Your license ends if you stop using or uninstall the App, or if we terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s primary place of business as stated on the Google Play Store listing, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
